Every photograph has a story behind it, here is this one:
This poor man sat down on the side of the road with his hat out pleading for money. As I walked up to him person after person passed, looked at him, and kept walking. Glancing down at their overpriced shoes and adjusting their fancy suits. Most likely on their way to an expensive lunch for themselves. I stopped close and chucked off my bag to get my wallet out. When I looked up he had his head hung, saddened and broken that no one would even give him the time of day to say hello. I zipped up my coin pocket and pulled out a $10 note, walked over and placed it into his hat, sliding it underneath his thumb. The kind man rose his head and looked at me and sighed and great full sigh, smiled and gave me thanks. I then asked if I could take his photo, without any hesitation he sat up, lowered his hat to his knee, looked into my brand new shiny lens and smiled. I don’t think I’ve ever paid anyone for a photo before, but this wasn’t just for the photo. I paid up to see a stranger smile

It's a beautiful photograph with a story that touches one's heart. I love the simplicity and think that as a person you seem quite amazing haha. The fact that no one was willing to help another of their own kind is horrid, but the fact is that people are distrusting and slightly selfish by nature. It's great to see something so beautiful come out of an act so... Noble.
